Submitting a rental application does not guarantee or confirm your booking. Your rental is only confirmed once a signed rental agreement is received and the required deposit has been paid. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates cannot be held without a completed contract and deposit.

Deposit

A deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. This is refundable upon inspection after the event, pending no damages or additional cleaning is necessary.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30-14 Days Before Event: 25% of the rental fee is charged.
  • 13-2 Days Before Event: 50% of the rental fee is charged.
  • Within 48 Hours of Event: 100% of the rental fee is charged.

Guest Count

Provide a final guest count 7 days before the event. Charges will be based on this count or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. Additional guests may be added with notice; charges apply accordingly.

The capacity of the Pouce Coupe Legion Hall is 125 and the capacity of the Lounge is 50. 

Space Use

Specify space(s) to be used: Hall, Lounge, Kitchen, Bathrooms.
Note: Access to unused spaces is prohibited.
